We are growing fast and are looking for new Strategy Consultants to join our strategy team. The main focus of our Strategy team is to truly understand our customers, their goals and challenges. We help them utilize customer data to improve the customer experience and create business results. You will join a company of top‑notch colleagues and experts in the field of Data & Analytics, Marketing Technologies, Marketing & Sales strategy. Our team consists of a great bunch of people that help our customers translate customer data into business results. We continuously focus on competence development and make sure that everyone has the right tools at hand to succeed in their role.

Your profile

At least 3‑5 years of professional experience in management consulting or a comparable role – ideally with a focus on strategy, technology, and data in a marketing and sales context.

  • Proven experience in a B2C environment.
  • Experience in managing and delivering complex projects, such as transformations, tool implementations, or the modernization of MarTech architectures.
  • Strong interest in technology and data topics, particularly MarTech, CDPs, and marketing automation.
  • Ideally, experience with Braze or similar MarTech platforms.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and a high degree of autonomy.
