Zusammenfassung

Blackfield Associates is seeking a Senior Construction Safety Engineer to support a major pharmaceutical project in Germany. This role focuses on implementing safety strategy during construction and commissioning, with a strong emphasis on behavioural safety and site leadership.

You will review HSE plans, permits, TRA and safety documentation, advise the Project Manager on KPI trends, coach management and contractors, and investigate incidents to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in construction safety environment.
• Pharmaceutical/Oil & Gas/Food industry experience preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years' experience in a comparable construction safety environment, ideally pharmaceutical, oil & gas or food.
• Strong construction safety management experience.
• Pharmaceutical manufacturing/project experience highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong written and spoken German and English.
