Exyte is seeking a Senior Construction Manager Mechanical (m/f/d) to lead the mechanical scope on complex high-tech projects in the semiconductor and data center sectors. You will manage construction activities, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure on-time delivery within budget and quality standards.

Responsibilities include monitoring schedules, costs, and risks, and enforcing EHS and QA standards on site, with travel across the D‑A‑CH region.

Qualifications

• Degree in Building Services Engineering or related technical qualification.
• Several years of construction management or site supervision experience for mechanical disciplines.
• Experience in industrial or plant construction, ideally semiconductor or data center.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, piping, utilities, or building services.
• Very good German and English (B2) and willingness to travel within the D‑A‑CH region.

Senior Construction Manager Mechanical (m/f/d)

As a Senior Construction Manager Mechanical (m/f/d), you will take responsibility for the mechanical scope of complex high-tech projects within the semiconductor and data center industries. You will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

• Responsibility for the construction management of mechanical disciplines within complex high-tech projects
• Management and coordination of construction activities, particularly in HVAC, piping, utilities, and building services
• Leadership and coordination of subcontractors as well as close collaboration with clients, designers, and other project stakeholders
• Monitoring of schedules, costs, quality, and construction progress, including early identification of risks and deviations
• Ensuring compliance with EHS and quality standards, including site inspections, acceptance activities, and defect management

Show Your Expertise

• Degree in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Process Engineering, or a comparable technical qualification
• Several years of professional experience in construction management or site supervision of mechanical disciplines, including subcontractor management
• Experience in industrial or plant construction, ideally within the semiconductor or data center industry
• Strong technical knowledge in areas such as HVAC, piping, utilities, process utilities, or building services
• Very good German and English skills, at least B2 level, as well as willingness to travel and work on project sites within the D‑A‑CH region
