Job summary

Exyte is seeking a Senior Construction Manager Process (m/f/d) to lead construction execution of complex process systems in the semiconductor and data center industries. You will manage utilities, piping, and equipment installation, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure safe, on-time, high-quality delivery within your area of responsibility.

Fluent German and English (min B2) are required, and willingness to travel within the D-A-CH region.

Qualifications

• Degree in Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or Chemical Engineering
• Several years of professional experience in construction management or site supervision of process systems and facilities
• Experience in industrial or plant construction, ideally within semiconductor/high-tech or data center environments
• Strong knowledge of process utilities, piping, equipment installation, or similar process systems, with subcontractor management
• Proficient in German and English (min B2) and willingness to travel within the D-A-CH region

Responsibilities

• Construction management within the Process discipline, especially process utilities, piping, and equipment installation
• Coordination of construction activities and subcontractors and interface with Mechanical, Electrical, CSA, and other disciplines
• Ensure quality-, schedule-, and cost-compliant execution and monitor construction progress

• Ensure EHS and quality standards, including site inspections, acceptance activities, and defect management

As Senior Construction Manager Process (m/f/d), you will take responsibility for the construction execution of complex process systems within our high-tech projects in the semiconductor and data center industries. You will ensure safe, timely, high-quality, and cost-efficient delivery within your area of responsibility.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Responsibility for construction management within the Process discipline, particularly process utilities, process piping, and equipment installation

• Management and coordination of construction activities and subcontractors as well as interface management with Mechanical, Electrical, CSA, and other disciplines

• Ensuring quality-, schedule-, and cost-compliant execution and continuously monitoring construction progress

• Close collaboration with clients, Engineering, Project Management, Commissioning, and other internal and external project stakeholders

• Ensuring compliance with EHS and quality standards, including site inspections, acceptance activities, and defect management

Show your expertise

• Degree in Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a comparable technical qualification

• Several years of professional experience in construction management or site supervision of process systems and process facilities within complex large-scale projects

• Experience in industrial or plant construction, ideally within the semiconductor industry, high-tech facilities, or data center environment

• Strong technical knowledge in areas such as process utilities, process piping, equipment installation, or comparable process systems, combined with experience in managing subcontractors

• Very good German and English skills, at least B2 level, as well as willingness to travel and work on project sites within the D-A-CH region
