Exyte is seeking a Supervisor Construction Management Process (m/f/d) to supervise on-site construction activities for semiconductor and data center projects in the D-A-CH region. You will oversee process installations, utilities, piping and equipment, coordinating subcontractors to meet safety, schedule and quality standards.

The role requires building services knowledge, technical education, and the ability to travel to project sites.

Formación

Are you interested in contributing to complex high-tech construction projects within the semiconductor and data center industries? As Supervisor Construction Management Process (m/f/d), you will be on site supervising subcontractors and supporting the successful execution of process installations within complex EPC projects.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• On-site construction supervision with a focus on process systems, process utilities, process piping, and equipment installation

• Coordination and supervision of subcontractors, ensuring construction activities are executed safely, on schedule, and according to required quality standards

• Monitoring and documenting construction progress as well as reporting deviations, risks, and progress to the Construction Management team

• Ensuring compliance with EHS and quality requirements, including participation in site inspections, acceptance activities, and coordination meetings

• Recording and tracking defects as well as reviewing measurements and construction documentation submitted by subcontractors

Show your expertise

• Relevant technical qualification, e.g. Master Craftsman or Technician, or a degree in Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a comparable technical field

• Initial professional experience in construction supervision, industrial construction, or plant engineering is an advantage

• Technical understanding of process utilities, process piping, equipment installation, or comparable process systems; experience in the semiconductor or data center industry is a plus

• Independent and structured working style, team spirit, intercultural competence, and confidence in coordinating subcontractors on site

• Good German skills and English skills as well as willingness to travel and work on project sites within the D-A-CH region
