Overview
Are you interested in managing significant high‑tech construction projects in future‑oriented sectors such as the semiconductor or data center industry? As a Supervisor Construction Management Mechanical Electrical Piping (m/f/d), you will be on‑site, overseeing subcontractors and managing the execution of complex EPC projects or subprojects for industrial plants and buildings, with a focus on mechanical installations.
Responsibilities
- Construction management of high‑tech industrial projects with a focus on mechanical installations (building services engineering)
- Ensuring that construction projects are executed on schedule and meet high‑quality standards
- Coordination and supervision of subcontractors, as well as providing an overall overview of on‑site activities
- Documenting construction progress and reporting to the construction management team
- Ensuring compliance with EHS regulations
- Attending site inspections, acceptance inspections, and coordination meetings
- Recording defects and tracking their resolution
- Preparing measurements and reviewing documentation submitted by subcontractors
Qualifications
- Relevant technical qualification in construction (e.g., Master Craftsman / Technician) or an entry‑level candidate with an engineering degree
- Ideally, some experience in construction supervision, preferably in mechanical trades
- Basic knowledge of building codes, local regulations, and standards is an advantage
- Willingness to travel within the D‑A‑CH region and stay on‑site for five‑day project assignments
- Intercultural competence, team spirit, and an independent working style
- Proficiency in German, both written and spoken, for effective communication with German‑speaking staff and authorities
- A valid German driver’s license (Class B)
