Qualifications

• A degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Physics or a related field.
• At least 3 years of working experience in semiconductor technologies, preferably compact modeling.
• Knowledge of analog circuit design is a plus.
• Knowledge of DC and CV measurement systems.
• Knowledge of ICCAP software, VerilogA, and Python are a plus.
• Ideally understanding of technology processes, PDK development or use.
• Proficient in AI tooling across IDE copilots and agents, designing, implementing, and maintaining AI workflows.
• Fluent English skills, German is a plus.

Key responsibilities in your new role

You will work in a highly motivated and flat-organised team of technical experts developing process design kits (PDK) for automotive products and beyond. Our internal customers are circuit designers who are distributed worldwide. With this position, you will be entering our "technical ladder": our career path for experts.

• Measurements of device characteristics on wafer level for power semiconductor devices
