Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

  • Erweiterung und Verwaltung von Schlüsselkunden im Energiesektor.
  • Kompletter Verkaufszyklus: Bedarfsanalyse, Vertragsabschlüsse.
  • Positionierung von NTT als vertrauenswürdigen Berater.

What You\'ll Be Doing

For our successful and fast-growing Public Sector Vertriebs-Team KRITIS – critical infrastructure in Germany, we are seeking ab ambitious and passionate IT (Key) Account Manager (Senior Client Manager) – Kritis & Public Sector / Energieversorger / Service Provider (m/w/d).

Location: primarily Berlin / Hamburg but can be nationwide. Our clients and partners include well-known energy suppliers, grid operators and major regional public utilities. You will work with a specialized team of Presales, technical experts and our key vendors to engage with customers and help implement their IT strategy.

Your tasks:

  • Expand and manage key accounts in the energy and grid operator sectors (EVU, Netzbetreiber / TSO) and large regional utilities.
  • Own the complete sales cycle: needs discovery, proposal negotiation and contract closure.
  • Balance hunting and farming activities.
  • Structurierte Erstellung von Accountplänen gemeinsam mit unseren Solution Sales Kollegen.
  • Increase the awareness of the brand “NTT Germany Utilities” through organizing and hosting customer events.
  • Maintain the vendor/partner network.
  • Conclude framework agreements.
  • Focus on marketing our core products in Network Integration, Security, Unified Collaboration, Contact Center & Data Center for energy sector and critical infrastructure.
  • Develop customer-specific solutions with internal specialists and present concepts to customers.
  • Position NTT as a trusted advisor in the solution environment and a partner of digitalization.

Das bringst Du mit

  • Commercial or equivalent education.
  • Sales experience in IT; ideally within energy utilities, service providers and media or in networks, unified collaboration, data center, IT security.
  • Ideally existing network within customer or partner environment (Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, ALE, Checkpoint, MS, Splunk, F5, Service Now etc.).
  • Structured approach with careful, precise and results-oriented work style.
  • Solid MS Office skills, ideally Salesforce.com knowledge.
  • Must have: fluent German and good English in spoken and written form.
  • Optional: experience in tenders, participation and negotiation procedures and public procurement law tenders.
