Veeam Software is seeking a Senior C# Developer for Veeam Backup for Office 365 in Berlin. You will lead backend development and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

You will oversee architectural decisions, code reviews, and ensure alignment with product goals while coordinating with international teams and stakeholders. Strong C#/.NET skills and leadership are essential for success in this role.

We are looking for a Senior C# Developer for Veeam Backup for Office 365.

Your Tasks Will Include

• Supervise the team’s day-to-day operations
• Analyze and establish business requirements in collaboration with the product management team
• Develop new product features, currently focusing on backend
• Estimate the efforts required for feature implementation, including costs and capacity
• Develop your hard and soft skills together with the team
• Make technical decisions
• Lead and involve others into code reviews
• Ensure work atmosphere inside of the team, team members learning and motivation
• Communicate with the project’s stakeholders
• Establish and review communication and processes inside of the team: prepare and perform regular meetings, planning, daily, retro
