Veeam is seeking a Senior C# Developer for the Backup for Office 365 product in Berlin. You will focus on backend development, implement new features, and work with product management to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

You will supervise day-to-day team operations, estimate effort and capacity, and drive code reviews to maintain high quality. Collaboration with stakeholders will be essential to align priorities and timelines.

• Supervise the team’s day-to-day operations
• Analyze and establish business requirements in collaboration with the product management team
• Develop new product features, currently focusing on backend
• Estimate the efforts required for feature implementation, including costs and capacity
• Develop your hard and soft skills together with the team
• Make technical decisions
• Lead and involve others into code reviews
