Veeam is seeking a Senior C# Developer for Veeam Backup for Office 365. You will supervise the team, translate business needs into backend features, and estimate effort and capacity while guiding code reviews and technical decisions.

You will work with REST, PowerShell, .NET 10, and tools like Visual Studio, Rider, Azure DevOps, Git, Jenkins, and TeamCity. Excellent English and leadership skills are required to drive projects across international teams.

We are looking for a Senior C# Developerfor Veeam Backup for Office 365.

Your tasks will include:

• Supervise the team’s day-to-day operations
• Analyze and establish business requirements in collaboration with the product management team
• Develop new product features, currently focusing on backend
• Estimate the efforts required for feature implementation, including costs and capacity
• Develop your hard and soft skills together with the team
• Make technical decisions
• Lead and involve others into code reviews
• Ensure work atmosphere inside of the team, team members learning and motivation
• Communicate with the project’s stakeholders
• Establish and review communication and processes inside of the team: prepare and perform regular meetings, planning, daily, retro
