Jobtailor is seeking a ServiceNow-focused consultant to analyze business processes and develop tailored solutions. You will drive projects in the ServiceNow environment and maintain strong client relationships, while eliciting detailed requirements and designing workflows.

The role involves creating training materials, developing test plans, and guiding implementation strategies, with travel up to 50% depending on projects. Fluency in German and English is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in an IT-related field or comparable vocational training with relevant professional experience.
• Proven experience in FSM and/or CSM.
• Enjoy documenting complex matters clearly and representing them visually.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Project management skills.
• Experience with FSM solutions from well-known vendors.
• Ideally, certifications in the ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Experience with Scrum or ITIL is a plus.
• Excellent German and English language skills.
• Willingness to travel up to ~50%.
