CHEPLAPHARM Arzneimittel GmbH, a globally active specialty pharmaceutical company, seeks a Senior Audit & Compliance professional to lead global and internal audit and inspection activities, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

You will coordinate across functions, oversee outsourcing audits, and drive inspection readiness with stakeholders inside and outside the company. The role emphasizes strong collaboration, regulatory knowledge, and strategic problem solving.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in natural sciences, pharmacy or medicine.
• 7+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of global regulatory requirements (FDA, EMA, Swissmedic) and inspection processes.
• Excellent coordination and stakeholder management across interfaces.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build long-term relationships.

• Manage, coordinate and conduct global and internal audit and inspection activities to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
• Distribute and prioritize tasks within the team while supporting efficient collaboration across functions.
• Foster strong cross-functional alignment and act as a key contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee outsourcing activities and maintain structured execution of external audits, including planning, risk assessment, and follow-up.
• Support and implement inspection readiness initiatives, including audit responses, root cause analyses, and CAPA management.

What sets you apart:

• At least 7 years of relevant professional experience.
• Solid understanding of global regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, EMA, Swissmedic) and inspection processes
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills with the ability to operate across multiple interfaces
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and build long-term professional relationships
