Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in the natural sciences, pharmacy or medicine; Master’s degree preferred.
• At least 7 years of relevant professional experience.
• Leadership experience in matrix or direct environments with strong stakeholder management.
• Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks, guidelines, and industry best practices.
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills for cross-functional topics.

• Collect, evaluate, and disseminate regulatory guidelines and scientific intelligence across RA, QA, and PV
• Monitor and analyze developments in pharmaceutical regulations, standards, and competitive trends
• Build and maintain a centralized Knowledge Hub for up-to-date scientific and regulatory information
• Drive initiatives to enhance knowledge sharing, digitalization, documentation quality, and cross-functional alignment
• Support data-driven decision-making by implementing tools and processes that improve transparency and efficiency

What Sets You Apart

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, i.e. generally in the natural sciences, pharmacy or medicine, preferably with a Master’s degree
• At least 7 years of relevant professional experience.
