ML6 is seeking an AI Project Manager to align client strategic objectives with technical execution, leading teams of AI engineers to deliver high-impact AI solutions on time, on scope, and within budget.

You will own end-to-end delivery, govern budgets, ensure compliance and ethics, and mentor cross-functional teams in a hybrid setup across Berlin and other European offices.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of IT Project Management experience, with a proven track record in delivering AI-driven projects.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluency in English. Working proficiency in Dutch or German is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setting, from our office in Ghent, Amsterdam, Eindhoven, Berlin or Munich.

Responsabilidades

• Discovery & Scoping: Lead workshops and interviews to uncover business needs and translate them into actionable, technical project roadmaps.
• Technical Translation: Bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams, adapting communication to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Account Growth: Identify expansion opportunities and propose innovative AI use cases to senior client leadership.
• End-to-End Ownership: Manage the complete project lifecycle - from sprint planning and backlog prioritization to testing and final delivery.
• Governance & Budgeting: Oversee resource allocation, timelines, and budgets to ensure profitability and delivery milestones are met.
• Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all deployed solutions meet legal, security, privacy, and responsible AI standards.
• Agile Execution: Adapt to diverse client workflows and agile tooling environments.

TL;DR

• Location: Ghent, Amsterdam, Eindhoven, Berlin or Munich (Hybrid). Relocation outside of Europe is not possible for this role today.

What You Bring

Requirements

• 5+ years of IT Project Management experience, with a proven track record in delivering AI-driven projects.

• Master’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Fluency in English. Working proficiency in Dutch or German is strongly preferred.

• Ability to work in a hybrid setting, from our office in Ghent, Amsterdam, Eindhoven, Berlin or Munich.

Technical & Methodological Expertise

• Solid understanding of data pipelines, machine learning workflows, and modern cloud ecosystems.

• Hands-on experience delivering Generative AI solutions is a strong advantage.

• Proficiency with Agile frameworks and project tooling (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Kanban, PRINCE2).
