Zusammenfassung

ML6 is seeking a Tech Lead to design and deliver end-to-end AI systems across client projects. You will work with Python, ML frameworks, and cloud platforms to bring ideas to production while guiding a team of engineers.

This role emphasizes ownership, autonomy, and collaboration with a client-focused mindset. Relocation outside Europe is not required today and Europe-based candidates are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of working experience as a software, ML or AI engineer.
• Proven track record in delivering end-to-end solutions to production.
• Experience within the GenAI space.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Experience leading projects or small technical teams.
• Strong communication skills in English and German.
• Familiarity with MLOps principles and scalable systems.

Time allocation: 70% client project work + 30% research, internal (domain) work and more. Note that ML6 is not an outsourcing firm, our agents work on projects together with a team of colleagues where autonomy is highly valued.

WHAT YOU BRING

• 4+ years of working experience as a software, ML or AI engineer
• Proven track record in delivering end-to-end solutions (to production)
• Experience within the GenAI space (currently hiring for this domain)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Experience leading projects or small technical teams
• Strong communication skills (technical and non-technical) in English and German
• Familiarity with MLOps principles and a passion for building robust, scalable systems
• Currently based in Europe, since relocation outside of Europe is not possible for this role today
