Digital Waffle in Berlin is seeking an SEA Team Lead to drive execution across SEA and lead a high-performing team. You will own strategy, manage key accounts, and act as SEA SME, leveraging Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. This is a hands-on leadership role within a fast-growing performance marketing business.

You will lead a small team, optimise campaigns for ROI, and drive adoption of new tools and platform features, while maintaining close relationships with key SEA partners.

Are you a hands-on SEA expert who loves leading people as much as optimising campaigns? This could be the role for you.

My client is a market-leading performance marketing business running high-converting comparison platforms and affiliation funnels across multiple verticals, connecting millions of users with the right products at scale. Having built one of the fastest-growing SEO businesses in the space, they are constantly incubating new performance-driven models from idea to international scale.

Due to the growth they have seen, they're looking for an SEA Team Lead to own execution excellence across their SEA function and lead a small, high-performing team of SEA Managers.

What you\'ll own:

• Leading a team of SEA Managers - you\'ll be both a coach and mentor
• Managing a few accounts yourself, staying sharp and close to the work
• Acting as the SEA subject matter expert across the business
• Owning the SEA technology stack and driving adoption of new tools, automation and platform features
• Serving as the primary contact with Google, Microsoft and other key SEA partners
