• Strong leadership experience with a track record of managing and developing SEO teams.
• Excellent knowledge of content-led SEO, on-page optimisation and off-page SEO strategies.
• Hands-on experience running successful link-building campaigns.
• Strong commercial understanding of how SEO drives traffic, conversions and revenue.
• Native German and fluent English, with the ability to work confidently across both languages.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to prioritise work based on commercial impact.
• Comfortable operating within fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.

A fast-growing performance marketing business is hiring an SEO Lead to drive the growth of a high-performing affiliate portfolio across multiple international markets.

This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role where you’ll own SEO performance across multiple content-led websites, launch new affiliate projects from the ground up and lead a team of SEO Content Managers. You’ll have genuine ownership over strategy, execution and commercial outcomes while working closely with some of the world’s largest publishing partners.

Salary: Up to €85,000

Location: Berlin, hybrid working

• Experience within iGaming or affiliate marketing is highly desirable, although not essential
• This is not a purely technical SEO role. The ideal candidate will have a balanced background across content strategy, leadership and commercial SEO.
