Job Overview

We are hiring SDR Team Managers to run new inbound and outbound teams. The primary objective is to manage and mentor a successful team of 2–10 SDRs/BDRs, maintain a multi‑million dollar pipeline, and develop outstanding sales professionals.

Responsibilities

Manage inbound leads for a global tech company; develop and execute outbound strategies; mentor team members; establish culture and high standards of integrity, empathy, and work ethic; experiment with new outbound approaches; use data to drive team activities and continuous improvement; maintain pipeline health; collaborate across teams.

Qualifications

• Excellent academic results at school and university
• Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Business or STEM
• Knowledge and passion for business development, sales and technology
• Track record of bringing exceptional outbound sales development results
• Commitment to continuous learning and improvement – curious, flexible, scientific
