Zusammenfassung

CNT Management Consulting AG sucht einen erfahrenen SAP SuccessFactors-Berater, der Projekte von der Konzeption bis zur Implementierung begleitet. Sie arbeiten eng mit Kunden zusammen, gestalten HR-Prozesse und liefern technische Lösungen in einem internationalen Umfeld.

Sie verfügen über 4+ Jahre Erfahrung mit SAP SuccessFactors, idealerweise mit Fokus auf Performance & Goals, und bringen Zertifizierungen oder vergleichbare Expertise mit.

Qualifikationen

• Mehr als 4 Jahre Erfahrung mit SAP SuccessFactors
• Zertifizierung in SuccessFactors Performance & Goals oder vergleichbare Erfahrung
• Erfahrung in weiteren SAP SuccessFactors Modulen von Vorteil
• Langjährige Projektarbeit und Beratungskompetenz
• Tiefes Verständnis von personalbezogenen HR-Prozessen
• Hohe Affinität zu cloudbasierten Technologien
• Hohe Reisebereitschaft und Kooperationsbereitschaft
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Aufgaben

• SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals-Projekte von der Konzeption bis zur Go-Live-Phase begleiten
• Lösungen für jährliche Beurteilungsprozesse basierend auf Best Practices entwickeln
• Technische Leitung eines Teilstreams zusammen mit dem Projektmanagement
• In-depth HR-Expertise in komplexe technische Anforderungen einbringen
• Technische Lösungen im Team implementieren und dokumentieren
• Workshops und Schulungen auf Deutsch und Englisch vorbereiten
• Beziehungen zu Kunden neuem und bestehenden aufbauen und pflegen
• Angebots- und Kostenschätzungen erstellen und beraten
• Kollegen bei komplexen Fragestellungen unterstützen und Wissen weitergeben
• Fortbildung von Hard- und Soft-Skills vorantreiben

What your tasks are:

• Focus on SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals customer projects—from conception to go‑live
• Development of practical solutions for annual review and target agreement processes based on established best practices
• Technical management and control of your own stream in close cooperation with project management
• Contributing in‑depth HR expertise to the design of complex technical requirements
• Implementing technical solutions in a team, including structured documentation
• Preparing and conducting workshops and training sessions in German and English
• Intensively maintaining relationships with new and existing customers
• Conducting requirements analyses, cost estimates, and assisting in the preparation of quotations for customer‑specific solutions
• Supporting colleagues in solving complex issues and actively transferring knowledge
• Continuous training of hard and soft skills

Your profile that convinces us:

• More than 4 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors with a focus on SuccessFactors Performance & Goals
• Completed certification in SuccessFactors Performance & Goals or proof of comparable experience
• Knowledge or experience in other SAP SuccessFactors modules is an advantage
• Several years of experience in project work and strong consulting expertise
• In‑depth knowledge of personnel‑related topics and, in particular, HR processes
• High affinity for modern (cloud) technologies
• High flexibility and willingness to travel
• Interest in open and constructive cooperation
• Business fluent German and English skills
