CNT Management Consulting is seeking a SAP Senior/Lead Consultant for PS & EPPM to support S/4HANA transformations and SAP Cloud solutions. You will advise customers, lead workshops, and drive technical implementations in a hybrid, internationally oriented environment.

Requires extensive SAP EPPM experience, strong consulting background, and fluency in German and English. Willingness to travel and mentor junior staff is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in successful SAP S/4HANA implementation or conversion projects, preferably PS/PPM/CPM.
• 2+ years of experience in SAP EPPM (PPM/CPM/PS).
• Certification in at least one SAP EPPM tool is a plus.
• Experience with other EPPM tools a plus.
• Strong consulting skills and project work experience.

What your tasks are:

Advice customers within SAP PS and EPPM projects with a focus on S/4HANA

Technical implementation of our customer requirements

Support in the development of customer-specific enhancements

Technical project responsibility in consulting and meetings

Implementation, optimization and Release change projects

Technical responsibility in customer projects

Active participation in the CNT - Competence Teams

Leading customer workshops and presentations

Mentoring our young professionals and technical responsibility for consultants

Continuous further training of hard and soft skills

What experience you should have:

Experience in successful SAP S/4HANA implementation or conversion projects, preferably a PS, PPM and/or CPM implementation

More than 2 years of experience in SAP EPPM (SAP PPM, SAP CPM and SAP PS)

Completed certification in at least one SAP EPPM tool would be a plus

Experience with other EPPM tools (SAP Innovation Management, SAP Intelligence Project Network, SAP Project Cloud and SAP EPC) as a plus

Several years of experience in project work and strong consulting expertise

High flexibility and willingness to travel

Interest in open and constructive cooperation

Business fluent in German and English
