PRIMA Partners Global seeks a Senior SAP SD Consultant to support and optimize its global SAP landscape. You will liaise between business and IT, translating requirements into SAP SD solutions and shaping global sales processes.

Key responsibilities include designing and implementing SAP SD and O2C processes, configuring SAP ECC/S/4HANA, and coordinating patches and upgrades while adhering to standards. Fluency in German and English is essential.

Formación

• 3–5+ years of SAP SD experience in in-house, consulting or functional roles.
• Strong knowledge of SAP SD processes, particularly across the Order-to-Cash (O2C) lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of SAP pricing and pricing conditions.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SD Customising and configuration.
• Experience with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Strong understanding of integrations between SAP SD, business functions, IT systems and digital applications.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions.
• Very good written and spoken German and English.
• Experience supporting SAP patches, upgrades and system enhancements while adhering to SAP standards.
• ITIL Foundation certification or knowledge of ITIL-based support processes.

Responsabilidades

• Designing, implementing and continuously optimising global SAP SD and Order-to-Cash processes.
• Advising business stakeholders on the optimal design and technical implementation of sales processes.
• Configuring, customising and further developing SAP solutions across SAP ECC and S/4HANA.
• Ensuring smooth integration and effective management of interfaces between business functions, IT and digital service applications.
• Taking ownership of 2nd and 3rd level SAP SD support requests and coordinating their resolution.
• Supporting SAP Key Users and delivering training where required.
• Supporting and coordinating patches, upgrades and system enhancements in line with defined SAP standards.
• Acting as a technical point of contact for developers and other SAP functional consultants.
• Creating and maintaining technical and functional documentation.
• Playing an active role in global SAP transformation and rollout projects.
• Contributing to the successful delivery of SAP projects within agreed timelines, budgets and quality standards.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior SAP SD Consultant to join an international organisation and play a key role in the continued development and optimisation of its global SAP landscape.

The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact between the business and IT, identifying and qualifying requirements from business functions and translating them into effective SAP SD solutions.
