PRIMA Partners in Düsseldorf, Germany is seeking an experienced SAP SD Functional Consultant to support and enhance Order to Cash processes during the global S/4HANA template roll-out, harmonizing processes across Europe, Asia and the USA while continuing support on ECC.

The role focuses on configuring SAP SD, integration with MM, EWM and GTS, leading process improvements, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth data migration and knowledge transfer.

Qualifikationen

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP SD/OTC processes end-to-end.
• Familiarity with integration across SAP MM, EWM, or GTS modules.
• Proficiency in German (B2) for business communication.
• Fluent English to support international projects.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or IT.
• Proven experience in SAP implementation projects.
• Ability to capture, evaluate and prioritize business requirements.

ROLE OVERVIEW | SAP SD Functional Consultant:

As an in-house SAP SD Functional Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and enhancing the "Order to Cash (OTC)" processes for the organization. This role focuses on the global SAP S/4HANA Template Roll-out initiative, contributing to process harmonization and implementation across Europe, Asia, and the USA. Additionally, you will support existing operations on SAP ECC while driving digital transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and supporting sales process assessments and enhancements within SAP ERP and associated areas
• Collaborating with internal departments to design and implement process improvements using SAP tools
• Configuring and developing the SAP SD module and its integration with related modules, such as MM, EWM, and GTS
• Managing CRM system integration (MS Dynamics) with SAP to ensure seamless data exchange
• Guiding and supporting data migration efforts from legacy systems to SAP
• Working closely with internal stakeholders and external implementation partners
• Conducting issue analysis and resolution as part of second- and third-level support
• Training and mentoring key users on system functionalities, ensuring knowledge transfer and efficient usage
