Discover Recruitment partners with a fast-growing SAP consultancy in Hamburg seeking an SAP SD Consultant to shape order-to-cash on S/4HANA for well-known clients. Build relationships with your own accounts, and grow your skills in a team that invests in you.

You’ll design SAP SD solutions, advise on S/4HANA migrations, and work in a hybrid setup with regional travel around Hamburg. Strong candidates have SAP project experience and fluent German/English.

Qualifications

• Degree in economics, business, IT or related field, or comparable training with relevant professional experience.
• Several years of SAP project experience, including consulting for mid-sized and enterprise clients.
• In-depth experience with SAP SD are required.
• S/4HANA experience is a plus but not essential.
• Structured, results-driven way of working.
• Fluent German and English.
• Willingness to travel for projects, mainly around Hamburg.
• Part-time arrangement is possible.

Responsibilities

• Turn smart processes into efficient SAP S/4HANA solutions based on client requirements.
• Independently design SAP SD solutions and collaborate with development teams.
• Advise clients on moving to SAP S/4HANA using greenfield or brownfield approaches.
• Build lasting client relationships and evolve SAP landscapes with them.
• Contribute to shaping the direction of a young, ambitious company.

The Role

• Turn smart processes into efficient solutions. You’ll combine the full capabilities of SAP S/4HANA with each client’s real-world requirements and circumstances.
• Work on exciting projects. You’ll independently design solutions, whether SAP standard or custom-built, and bring them to life alongside an experienced development team.
• Guide clients to S/4HANA. You’ll advise clients on their move to SAP S/4HANA, using either a greenfield or brownfield approach.
• Build lasting client relationships. You’ll look after your own clients and keep evolving their processes and SAP landscape with them.
• Leave your mark. This is a young, ambitious company where your ideas and wishes genuinely help shape its direction.

You’ll bring

• A degree in economics, business, IT or a related field, or comparable training with relevant professional experience
• Several years of SAP project experience, including consulting for mid-sized and/or enterprise clients
• In-depth experience with SAP SD
• S/4HANA experience is a plus, but not essential
• A sharp grasp of complex issues and a structured, results-driven way of working
• An open, approachable personality and excellent communication skills
• A real appetite for learning new technologies
• Fluent German and English
• Willingness to travel for projects, mainly to regional clients in and around Hamburg
