SAP / IT Project Manager (m/f/d) - 100% Remote (Germany)

Location: Anywhere in Germany (100% remote - you must reside in Germany)

Language: German minimum B2

About the Role

We are partnering with a leading international SAP consulting firm to hire an experienced SAP/IT Project Manager. You will lead exciting projects from planning to Go-Live, working closely with business, IT, and external partners.

Tasks

• Lead IT/SAP projects including planning, milestones, budget, and resource management
• Act as liaison between business, IT teams, and external consultants
• Facilitate workshops, analyze requirements, manage priorities and risks
• Coordinate testing phases, ensure quality, and manage issue resolution
• Oversee external consultants and project budget
• Regular reporting to management and steering committees

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in SAP or IT projects (implementations, rollouts, migrations, process improvements)
• Experience as Project Manager, PMO, or Workstream Lead
• Solid knowledge of classical and agile project management methods
• Strong communication skills and German language proficiency (B2 or higher)
• Independent, solution-oriented, and team-player attitude
