Overview

SAP Programme Manager – Global S / 4HANA Programme

InterEx Group are seeking a SAP Programme Manager to join a leading global brand based in Germany, working on a multi-year greenfield S / 4HANA transformation programme. This role involves leading a multi-national deployment across Europe and the US.

The role will be remote-based, with one week on-site per month in Munich.

Key Skills / Deliverables

• Lead and manage the end-to-end global S / 4HANA programme, ensuring delivery against business objectives, timelines, and budget.
• Oversee the design and rollout of the global SAP template, aligning with finance, logistics, and business stakeholders.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams (FICO, OTC, PTP, Supply Chain, HR, etc.) to ensure seamless programme execution.
• Drive governance, stakeholder management, and programme reporting to senior leadership and the steering committee.
• Ensure effective collaboration between business, IT, and systems integrator partners across regions.
• Oversee data migration, integration, and cutover strategies to secure smooth transitions.
• Build and manage project teams (internal and external), ensuring clear responsibilities and quality of delivery.
• Proven experience in leading global SAP S / 4HANA programmes (template design and multi-country rollout).
• Strong track record of programme governance, stakeholder management, and vendor management.
• Experience working in complex, multi-national organisations with large-scale SAP transformations.
• German language skills beneficial, but not required.
