IgniteSAP in Germany is seeking an experienced Senior SAP HCM Consultant to lead HR transformation projects from requirements through to implementation. You will advise clients on HR processes, apply SAP HCM across PA, OM, Payroll and Time Management, and support S/4HANA transformations while mentoring junior consultants in a collaborative, flexible environment.

This role offers excellent earning potential and clear career progression toward Lead Consultant, Architect or Management as you work

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience as SAP HCM consultant.
• Strong SAP HCM knowledge across modules.
• Experience delivering SAP implementation or transformation projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent German and good English.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver SAP HCM projects from requirements through to implementation.
• Advise clients on HR processes and design effective SAP solutions.
• Work across areas such as PA, OM, Payroll and Time Management.
• Support S/4HANA and modern SAP HCM transformations.
• Lead workshops, manage workstreams and support junior consultants.
• Build strong relationships with business and technical stakeholders.

Your Profile

• Several years of experience as an SAP HCM Consultant.
• Strong knowledge of SAP HCM, ideally across multiple modules.
• Experience delivering SAP implementation or transformation projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Fluent German and good English.
