Energize Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Lead Expert for a globally operating manufacturing company. The role owns the HR IT landscape and supports the digital transformation of international HR processes.

The focus is on Employee Central with international rollouts, coordination with global HR teams and external payroll partners. A hybrid work model and strong SAP HCM knowledge are expected.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong hands-on experience with Employee Central.
• Experience delivering or supporting SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects.
• International HR IT projects or global rollouts desirable.
• German and English language skills at least B2.

Aufgaben

• Take ownership of the internal HR IT function and main contact for HR technology topics.
• Drive the implementation, optimisation, and development of SAP SuccessFactors, focusing on Employee Central.
• Support international rollout of Employee Central with global HR teams and country stakeholders.
• Coordinate between payroll teams, external payroll providers, and IT systems.
• Analyse HR requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Manage external consultants and service providers for SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM.
• Support testing, releases, training, and change management activities.
• Improve existing HR processes and move customised solutions toward SAP standard.

About us

A globally operating manufacturing company based in XXX is looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Lead Expert to take ownership of their HR IT landscape and support the continued digital transformation of their international HR processes.

Tasks

Your responsibilities

• Take ownership of the internal HR IT function and act as the main point of contact for HR technology topics
• Drive the implementation, optimisation, and further development of SAP SuccessFactors, with a strong focus on Employee Central
• Support the international rollout of Employee Central and work closely with global HR teams and country stakeholders
• Coordinate between internal payroll teams, external payroll providers, and IT systems
• Analyse HR business requirements and translate them into effective system solutions
• Manage external consultants and service providers supporting SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM
• Support testing, releases, updates, training, and change management activities
• Improve existing HR processes and move customised solutions back towards SAP standard where possible
• Support SAP HCM processes and coordinate other HR applications including G Force for time management

Profile

Your profile

• 3+ years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors
• Strong hands on experience with Employee Central is essential
• Experience delivering or supporting SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects
• Previous experience with international HR IT projects or global rollouts is highly desirable
• Good understanding of SAP HCM and HR processes would be beneficial
• Experience working with external implementation partners or consultants
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to translate HR requirements into technical solutions
• German and English language skills at minimum B2 level are required
