Job summary

SAP Contractors is seeking German-speaking SAP HCM consultants to join a large-scale international transformation programme. This remote role, based in Germany, offers freelance/contract work with a long-term scope.

Start date ASAP and the chance to influence HR processes across multiple countries. You will work on SAP HCM modules such as Payroll PY, Personnel Time PT, SuccessFactors Employee Central EC, and S/4HANA HCM migration.

Qualifications

• Fluent German and English communication.
• Strong experience in SAP HCM with Payroll PY, PT, SuccessFactors EC, or S/4HANA HCM migration.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently within remote international teams.

We're currently seeking experienced German-speaking SAP HCM Consultants to join a large-scale international SAP transformation programme. This is an excellent opportunity to work remotely on enterprise HR transformation projects with a leading global organisation.

We're looking for consultants with expertise in one or more of the following areas:

• SAP HCM Payroll (PY)
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)
• SAP S/4HANA HCM Migration
