Zusammenfassung

Siemens Energy sucht einen SAP S/4HANA-Experten (m/w/d) zur Gestaltung der digitalen Transformation unserer GT TR- und SG-Organisationen. Sie optimieren Offer- und Order-Management-Prozesse, analysieren Anforderungen und arbeiten eng mit Business- und IT-Stakeholdern zusammen.

Sie verfügen über umfangreiche SAP-Consulting-Erfahrung, insbesondere in S/4HANA-Implementierung, SD-Modul und komplexen Offer-/Order-Prozessen. Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven SAP consulting experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
• Expertise in SAP SD, functional configuration, and offer/order management processes.
• Experience in business process analysis, requirement management, workflow management, and process improvement.
• Ability to independently manage complex projects with analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of SAP integration, testing methodologies, Agile practices, backlog management, and project lifecycle.
• Excellent English language skills with German and other languages a plus.

Aufgaben

• Drive SAP S/4HANA implementation, configuration, and customization activities with focus on SAP SD, offer, and order management processes.
• Supporting global S/4HANA rollout activities across Grid Technologies business plants and ensuring effective project execution
• Analyzing business requirements and designing optimized SAP processes aligned with operational and plant-specific needs
• Translating business requirements into functional specifications and enabling collaboration between business, IT, development, and configuration teams
• Enabling sustainable SAP adoption through advanced system support, user training, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and complex issue resolution
• Driving continuous system optimization, process improvement, and stable operation of SAP S/4HANA order management solutions

How You’ll Make an Impact

As an SAP S/4HANA Expert, you will shape the digital transformation of our Grid Technologies Transformers (GT TR) and Switchgears (SG) organizations by enabling efficient, standardized, and future-oriented business processes. You will combine technical expertise, business process consulting, and continuous improvement capabilities to support the global rollout of our digital solutions. Your day will include designing and optimizing offer and order management processes, analyzing business requirements, collaborating with business and IT stakeholders, and ensuring successful adoption of solutions across our global plants.

• Driving SAP S/4HANA implementation, configuration, and customization activities with focus on SAP SD, offer, and order management processes

What You Bring
