Siemens Energy is seeking a Sales Project Manager for dry‑type transformers. You will act as the key interface between customers, sales, and internal execution teams to ensure successful project delivery in a dynamic, international environment.

You will coordinate with engineering, production and logistics, oversee timelines and costs, and manage claims and change orders to safeguard interests. This role involves on‑site installation oversight and commissioning at customer sites.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
• Several years of professional experience in complex project management.
• Strong technical knowledge of dry‑type transformers and related technologies.
• Solid knowledge of project management methods.
• Fluent in German and English.

• Central contact person for internal and external project communication – both with customers and internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal departments (engineering, production, logistics) to clarify technical details and ensure smooth project execution
• Oversee project timelines, documentation, cost control, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Handle claims and change orders proactively to protect company interests
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee installation and commissioning activities at customer sites
• Support troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues during commissioning

What You Bring

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field and several years of professional experience in complex project management, ideally handling multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong technical knowledge of dry‑type transformers and related technologies
• Solid knowledge of project management methods
• High level of communication skills, analytical thinking, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in installation and commissioning of electrical equipment
• Fluent in German and English: spoken and written
