Zusammenfassung

Siemens Energy is seeking an Electrical Project Manager (m/f/d) to coordinate international projects focusing on electrical and control systems for steam turbine plants. You will manage schedules, costs, quality and safety across global sites, while ensuring timely procurement and efficient interface management.

The role requires a degree in Energy/Automation/Power Plant Engineering or a comparable qualification, strong PM experience, and fluent English.

Qualifikationen

• University or university of applied sciences degree in Energy Engineering, Automation Engineering, Power Plant Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• Strong knowledge of project management and experience in technical and commercial management of complex projects.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills when working with customers, suppliers, and international project partners.
• Business-fluent English (written and spoken).
• Proficient in MS Office and SAP with a structured, solution-oriented approach.

• Take responsibility for the technical and commercial execution of complex electrical and control systems projects for steam turbine plants, including partial budget responsibility.
• Specify systems, prepare tenders and procurement requirements, and ensure timely placement of orders.
• Plan and coordinate project execution while managing internal, external, and international project partners, including interface management.
• Conduct technical clarification with customers and subcontractors, perform feasibility studies, interpret contractual requirements, and manage change orders.
• Oversee schedule, cost, and budget controlling, prepare status reports, and analyze cost variances.
• Support projects during installation and commissioning, manage outstanding issues, and prepare reports for management.

What You Bring

• Successfully completed university or university of applied sciences degree in Energy Engineering, Automation Engineering, Power Plant Engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Extensive professional experience in project management, engineering, or commissioning within the power generation industry
• Strong knowledge of project management and experience in the technical and commercial management of complex projects
• Excellent communication and coordination skills when working with customers, suppliers, and international project partners
• Business-fluent English skills, both written and spoken
• Proficient in MS Office and SAP, with a structured, solution-oriented, and responsible approach to work
