Introduction

The FactFinder Sales Operations Team acts as a service provider within the company. It supports the Sales Team and Customer Success Management. As the link between the various departments, Sales Operations coordinates all relevant topics relating to contracts, proposals and data maintenance. It is responsible for generating customer contracts and handing them over to the responsible departments.

Your mission

  • Supporting sales activities with a focus on contract management and legal topics
  • Managing contracts, including drafting offers and contracts, and processing them post-signature
  • Handling administration tasks such as data maintenance and generating invoices
  • Preparing reports
  • Coordinating information exchange between departments
  • Undertaking project-related tasks

Your profile

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or university degree
  • Basic understanding of IT with an affinity for eCommerce preferred
  • Ability to provide legally sound and pragmatic legal advice
  • Good knowledge of Salesforce and MS Office
  • Strong teamwork skills and high sense of responsibility
  • Reliability and conscientious work ethic
  • Independent and problem-solving-oriented work style
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to handle high pressure

  • Fluent in German and English
