Role Overview:

We’re looking for a highly organized, resourceful, and detail-oriented Sales Operations / Lead Generation Assistant to support our sales team with research, lead mapping, trip planning, and administrative follow-through. This is not a client-facing sales role. The ideal candidate will be a strong researcher and organizer who can help our sales team save time by handling the groundwork behind sales outreach and market visits.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Research and build lead lists for sales trips and market expansion
• Map out target accounts using tools like LinkedIn, Google Maps, and web research
• Organize leads by priority, geography, and relevance
• Maintain clean spreadsheets and sales tracking documents
• Help prepare sales trip materials and itineraries
• Input and organize notes from the sales team
• Support CRM and admin-related tasks tied to lead generation
• Assist with post-trip follow-up organization and documentation

Minimum Qualifications:
