About the role:

As a key member of our team in Cologne, you will be responsible for expanding Saltz App’s presence in this strategically important market. You will help us grow our community of partners by bringing the platform to even more of Cologne’s most ambitious kitchens - most ambitious kitchens, from neighbourhood lunch spots and casual concepts to Michelin-starred restaurants, chef-driven venues, and event caterers.

Tasks
  • Grow Saltz’s by acquiring new restaurant and HoReCa clients
  • Identify and qualify potential customers through research and outreach
  • Reach out via calls, social media, and in-person visits to start conversations
  • Run product demos and clearly communicate Saltz’s value to potential customers
  • Convert prospects into active buyers and support them through their first orders
  • Build long-term relationships with customers and act as their point of contact
  • Share feedback and ideas to improve our sales approach and overall product
Requirements
  • Native German and proficiency in English
  • You’re comfortable visiting chefs and restaurant managers daily.
  • You have experience working in a restaurant kitchen or as a salesperson.
  • A builder's mindset, you thrive on creating and refining processes
  • Exceptional listening and problem-solving skills, you seek to understand a client's core challenges
  • A genuine passion for the culinary world
  • Bonus: You speak other languages fluently in addition to German or English.
