• Drive Strategic Growth: acquire Small and Medium-sized Businesses (SMBs) across the Turkish market to expand our global network.
• Master the Sales Lifecycle: Own the entire process from lead generation to closing, utilizing precision CRM forecasting to ensure high deal velocity.
• Lead High-Stakes Negotiations: Orchestrate complex, price-to-value negotiations to hit ambitious ARR targets and protect contract value.

Essential Skills & Experience

• B2B Sales Expertise: 3+ years of proven success selling complex B2B solutions within SaaS, LogTech or Logistics industries.
• Bilingual Proficiency : Native or C2 level of Turkish and fluent/proficient English are required.
• Strategic Hunting Mindset: demonstrated drive and motivation for net new business acquisition.

Bonus Points For

• Experience navigating large-scale, private equity-owned global environments or international organizational structures.
• Fluency in German.
