Zusammenfassung

Nextcloud is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to combine technical know-how with sales skills, advising on a range of products and supporting bids and tenders. You will work with sales and engineering on proofs of concept, deployments, and customer questions.

You will work independently on dedicated projects while sharing knowledge with colleagues and contributing to a distributed, open source community.

Aufgaben

• Persuade clients that a product best fits their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery.
• Work closely with sales on customer projects.
• Calculate client quotations.
• Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
• Support after-sales services and provide technical backup.
• Arrange and carry out product training.
• Support POC and pilots with support and engineering.
• Contribute to sales and marketing activities at events.
• Deliver technical presentations showing how products meet needs.
