Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören die komplette Auftragsabwicklung vom ersten Anfragetritt bis zur Lieferung sowie die Pflege der Kundendaten im CRM. Eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Einkauf, Lager und Logistik sichert termingerechte

Qualifikationen

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung.
• Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office Anwendungen.
• Gute schriftliche und mündliche Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
• Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke sowie technisches Verständnis.
• Eigenständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.

Aufgaben

• Sie betreuen unsere neuen und bestehenden Kunden telefonisch und schriftlich.
• Sie beraten fachkundig und erstellen individuelle Angebote für unsere Produkte.
• Sie übernehmen die gesamte Auftragsabwicklung – von der Anfrage bis zur Lieferung.
• Sie pflegen eigenständig Kundendaten im CRM-System.
• Sie arbeiten eng mit Produktion, Einkauf, Lager und Logistik zusammen, um termingerechte Lieferungen sicherzustellen.
• Sie beobachten den Markt und identifizieren neue Vertriebsmöglichkeiten.
• Sie tragen dazu bei, die Kundenzufriedenheit zu messen und weiter zu verbessern.
