Job summary

Drexler Automotive GmbH in Bayern sucht eine/n Ausbildungsplatz als Technische Produktdesigner/in m/w/d. Du entwickelst und konzipierst technische Produkte im Team, lernst warum Form und Funktion zusammenpassen und wie man ansprechende Optik mit Funktion verbindet.

Du durchläufst alle relevanten Abteilungen, übernimmst Verantwortung und gewinnst Einblicke in die Wertschöpfung eines Automobilzulieferers. Die Ausbildung dauert 3,5 Jahre bzw.

Qualifications

• Sekundarabschluss, Abitur oder Fachhochschulreife bzw. abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung.
• Interesse an komplexen technischen und mathematischen Zusammenhängen.
• räumliche Vorstellungskraft und Kreativität.
• Teamfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen.
• idealerweise ein Praktikum im Unternehmen.

Responsibilities

• wie du verschiedene Bauteile, Baugruppen oder Produkte entwirfst und konstruierst
• wie du bestehende Modelle anpasst und optimierst
• wie du Materialien, Standardteile und Fertigungsverfahren auswählst und Kosten berücksichtigst
• wie du technische Dokumentationen erstellst
• wie du die Qualität deiner Ergebnisse sicherstellst
• du durchläufst alle relevanten Abteilungen
• du übernimmst Verantwortung und bekommst Einblick in den Wertschöpfungsprozess
• du festigst und vertiefst dein theoretisches Wissen unter Anleitung der Ausbildungsleiter
• du bist Teil des Produktionsprozesses und bearbeitest Produktionsaufträge für internationale Kunden
• am Ende des ersten Ausbildungsjahres wählst du dein Fachgebiet

You develop and design our technical products as part of a team. These can be new variants of our limited-slip differentials or completely different components. You'll learn why form follows function here - and how cool that looks.

• how you design and construct various components, assemblies or products
• how to adapt and optimize existing models and solutions
• how to select materials, standard parts and manufacturing techniques while keeping design and costs in mind
• how to create technical documentation
• how to ensure the quality of your results

Grow with
the tasks

• you pass through all relevant departments
• you take on responsibility and get an impression of the value creation of an automotive supplier
• your theoretical knowledge from vocational school is consolidated and deepened under the guidance of our training managers
• you will be part of our production process and take on production orders for international customers
• at the end of the first year of training, you decide on your preferred subject area: product design and construction or machine and system design
