eila Consulting GmbH is seeking a motivated Trainee Event Management Assistant to support planning and executing international motorsport events. You will learn event planning, budgeting, and on-site coordination while interacting with clients and partners at racetracks in Germany/Europe.

The role offers exposure to marketing, personnel management, and event technology within a young, dynamic company. Excellent English, curiosity, and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifikationen

• Technical college entrance qualification or high school diploma is required.
• Naturally curious and enthusiastic.
• Enjoy planning and organizing with budget awareness.
• Team player but can work independently.
• Doer who enjoys organizing events and is open to new challenges.
• Enjoy interacting with people with strong service orientation and confidence.
• Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Good English skills, spoken and written.
• You will learn to plan and organize events around international motorsport on-site at racetracks in Germany/Europe.
• Direct contact with customers and service partners and contribute ideas.
• Tasks include office management, budget planning, and creating event schedules.
• Other areas: marketing, HR, event tech, service departments.
