Job summary

Manthey Racing GmbH in Germany seeks a hands-on trackside engineer to support performance development across race events. You will contribute to event preparation, post-race reporting and create data analysis reports to drive on-track decisions.

You will also drive the development of software tools, assist with driving simulator sessions, and collaborate with the track engineering group to push for championship-winning performances. English is essential; travel flexibility is required.

Qualifications

• Completed mechanical engineering/automotive engineering studies or comparable training.
• Experience in working with high-performance vehicles.
• Natural understanding in the field of vehicle dynamics.
• Good understanding of data analysis.
• Advanced computer skills in MS Office & VBA. Python, Matlab a plus.
• Data-driven work ethic.
• Eligible to work in Germany, travel flexibility.
• Very good English language skills; German recommended.
