Manthey Racing GmbH is seeking a hands-on performance trackside engineer to join our team in Germany. You will support race event preparation, post reporting, and the creation of data analysis reports, plus driving simulator sessions and software tool development.

Your profile includes a degree in mechanical or automotive engineering, experience with high-performance vehicles, a strong understanding of vehicle dynamics, and proficiency in MS Office & VBA; Python or MATLAB is a plus.

Competenze

• Completed mechanical engineering/automotive engineering studies or comparable training.
• Experience working with high-performance vehicles.
• Strong understanding of vehicle dynamics.
• Good data analysis skills.

Mansioni

• Hands-on performance trackside engineering during events.
• Support race event preparation and post-event reporting.
• Create data analysis reports.
• Support and conduct driving simulator sessions.
• Develop and improve software tools.

Your profile

• Completed mechanical engineering/automotive engineering studies or comparable training

• Natural understanding in the field of vehicle dynamics
• Good understanding of data analysis
• Advanced computer skills in MS Office & VBA. Python, Matlab a plus
  
• Data-driven work ethic
• Eligible to work in Germany, flexibility for travelling
  
• Very good English language skills, German is recommended
