As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) you will be the first point of contact for potential customers exploring Casewares will work within a defined region spark interest in our products and open meaningful conversations with prospects in the accounting and corporate markets. Your focus will be on both inbound and outbound lead generation building relationships and guiding warm prospects toward a qualified meeting with a Sales Executive. You will own your pipeline keep prospects engaged and move them confidently through the early stages of the sales cycle. You will earn commission for completed meetings and the quality of these meetings is a key driver of our pipeline bookings and overall revenue growth.

This is a permanent full-time position based in Düsseldorf with a flexible hybrid work arrangement.

What you will be doing :
  • Book sales calls product demonstrations and first-touch meetings with potential customers and hand them over to the Sales Team.
  • Build and expand a qualified sales pipeline using outbound prospecting our database and modern sales tools.
  • Engage prospects proactively through phone outreach email sequences and social selling on platforms such as LinkedIn.
  • Qualify inbound leads quickly and accurately to identify sales opportunities with clear next steps.
  • Collaborate with local and international teams to support demand-generation campaigns and improve outreach performance.
  • Maintain accurate and complete data in Salesforce (or our CRM) to ensure strong pipeline reporting and forecasting.
  • Represent Caseware at industry events generate leads and collect insights on the market and competitors.
  • Produce monthly reports on key KPIs to track activity results and opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to the achievement of SQL targets and support pipeline growth for the commercial team.

  • Confident trust-building communication skills.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to create meaningful customer engagement across multiple channels.
  • Experience in B2B sales business development inside sales or an SDR / BDR role (13 years preferred).
  • Confidence in working with KPIs outreach targets call volumes and meeting quotas.
  • A structured reliable and self-driven working style with a clear focus on results.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional and international teams.
