Zusammenfassung

casavi GmbH in München sucht eine motivierte Vertriebsmitarbeiter*in für Outbound-Leads im deutschen Markt. Du researchst neue Kunden, entwickelst individuelle Akquise-Strategien und arbeitest eng mit dem Team zusammen.

Du überzeugst potenzielle Kunden von unserer Software, leitest sie an Account Executives weiter und beherrschst Tools wie Salesforce und Outreach. Eine hands-on Mentalität, Engagement und Teamgeist runden dein Profil ab.

Qualifikationen

• Vertriebserfahrung wird vorausgesetzt.
• Deutschkenntnisse fließend, Englisch gut.
• Bereitschaft zur engen Zusammenarbeit mit Account Executives.

Aufgaben

• Outbound Lead-Generierung für den deutschen Markt.
• Kunden vom Software-Vorteil überzeugen und an Account Executives übergeben.
• Erfolg über Dashboards verfolgen und KPI-Orientierung nutzen.

Your mission

• You proactively research and identify new customers and develop personalized sales strategies for outbound lead generation to drive our expansion in the German market
• You use your sales skills to convince potential customers of our software and its benefits and hand them over to our Account Executives
• You work with state-of-the-art tools such as Salesforce and Outreach
• You have an overview of your numbers at all times via a dashboard and use your growth mindset to adapt your activities to optimize your performance
• You will be coached, supported and encouraged by your Team Lead and in sparring with our Account Executives

Your profile

• You have initial sales experience
• Have you previously worked in the hotel industry or in a call centre and would like to switch to the SaaS environment? Then you should also apply to us
• You are characterized by friendliness, persuasiveness and a high degree of urgency
• You live the hands-on mentality and work energetically with your team to achieve the company's goals
• You enjoy daily challenges and develop new ideas and strategies together with the team
• You are fluent in German and have a good command of English
