We're Hiring: Sales Development Representative (m/f/d) | Munich

Are you a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships, creating opportunities, and turning conversations into business?

We're currently looking for 2 Sales Development Representatives (m/f/d) to join a fast-growing SaaS company in Munich operating at the intersection of AI, technology, and the construction industry.

What you'll do

• Proactively identify and approach potential customers
• Generate and qualify new sales opportunities
• Communicate the value of innovative SaaS solutions to prospects
• Build strong relationships with potential customers
• Contribute directly to pipeline growth and business development
• Focus on the key goal: booking qualified meetings

What we're looking for

• German C2 and English B2
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High motivation and a proactive mindset
• Resilience, persistence, and a genuine desire to succeed in sales
• Previous SDR, BDR, sales, or customer-facing experience is a plus
• Experience in SaaS, technology, or construction is beneficial but not mandatory
