Heinemann Asia Pacific Pte Ltd in Hamburg's HafenCity seeks a Sales Coordinator (m/f/d) to support the Inflight sales team in a part-time or full-time capacity. You will help optimise product categories, prepare customer materials, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order handling.

The role requires a commercial apprenticeship, fluency in German and English, and strong MS Office skills, with SAP experience a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Sales Team in the Inflight division and ensure optimal product category and customer support.
• Act as the central contact for new customers regarding orders and tenders.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Customer Order Management, Procurement and Commercial Investments.
• Create price lists and manage price list updates in SAP.
• Prepare and finalise customer presentations, reports and decision documents.
• Create new customer records, maintain master data and support annual accounts.

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator (m/f/d) in the Inflight division - in part time or full time - for our head office in Hamburg's HafenCity!

Your new job includes

As a Sales Coordinator (m/f/d), you will support the Sales Team in the Inflight division and ensure optimal product category and customer support.

In particular, you will

• support the Account Managers in providing optimal product category support
• act as the central point of contact for new customers regarding administrative and organisational tasks, such as orders and tenders
• work closely with internal teams, including Customer Order Management, Procurement and Commercial Investments
• create price lists and manage price list updates in SAP
• prepare and finalise customer presentations, reports and decision-making documents
• create new customer records, maintain master data and provide support with annual accounts

What you should bring along

• a successfully completed commercial apprenticeship and, ideally, some initial professional experience in a similar role
• fluent command of German and English
