Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a CRM and invoicing specialist to join our international team in Berlin. You will act as the link between Sales, Accounting and Channel Management, handling inquiries from around the world and ensuring accurate data in our CRM and billing tools.

You will generate reports, keep data up to date, and support orders, quotations and invoicing tasks. The role requires German and English proficiency and an analytical, solution-oriented mindset in a dynamic environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in the (financial) commercial area or inside sales and familiarity with Salesforce.
• Solution-oriented and analytical; maintain overview in stressful situations.
• Numbers-oriented with careful work.

Aufgaben

• Act as liaison between Sales, Accounting & Channel Management and handle inquiries globally.
• Be the expert for CRM and internal billing tool and ensure correct data management and analysis.
• Prepare reports and ensure the team has relevant data at hand.
• Support colleagues with orders, invoice inquiries and quotations to ensure smooth sales.
• Oversee invoicing and sales processes and monitor related areas to increase efficiency.
• Keep sales and customer data up to date for accuracy.
• Take on project tasks and contribute to project success.

• You take care of reporting and ensure that the team always has the relevant data at hand.
• You support your colleagues with orders, invoice inquiries and quotations so that sales runs smoothly.
• You have a holistic overview of the required invoicing and sales processes and keep an eye on related areas outside your immediate responsibilities to increase efficiency.
• You keep our sales and customer data up to date so that we are always on top of things.
• You enjoy taking on project tasks and actively contribute to the success of our projects.

Requirements

• You have already gained initial experience in the (financial) commercial area or in inside sales and are familiar with Salesforce.
• Your working style is solution-oriented and analytical, and you maintain an overview even in stressful situations.
• You are numbers-oriented and carry out your tasks with great care.
• You proactively tackle challenges and complete tasks with enthusiasm and efficiency.
