About the Role

The Sales Consultant is responsible for driving sales and member acquisition for a premium health and wellness group. Approximately 70% of the role involves phone-based outreach to prospective members within an office environment, while the remaining 30% involves showcasing clubs, achieving individual and team sales targets, and onboarding new members to ensure they receive a premium after-care service. The role includes working evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required. The successful candidate will join a team that acts as ambassadors for the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct phone-based outreach to prospective members, inspiring them and communicating DL values.
• Showcase the clubs to prospective members.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Onboard new members.
• Ensure new members receive a premium after-care service.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Target-driven.

• Passion for all things health and fitness.
• Self-starter who takes pride in delivering a quality sales experience.
