Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs in Germany (Michelbach am Wald) is seeking a passionate Sales Consultant to drive membership sales. The role is split 70% phone outreach to prospective members and 30% in-club visits to showcase facilities while hitting personal and team targets.

You will onboard new members to ensure premium after-care service, with occasional evening, weekend and public holiday hours. We offer uncapped commissions, family club memberships, and discounts on food, drinks and activities.

As a Sales Consultant 70% of your role you will be hitting the phones, inspiring and spreading our DL values to our prospective members within an office environment. The other 30% of your role will inspire and showcase our amazing clubs, achieving sales targets individually and as a team whilst on-boarding new members to ensure they receive a premium after-care service. Please be aware this role includes working evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
