Finance for Expats GmbH in Hannover is seeking a sales assistant to support our mortgage financing back office and real estate advisory team. You will coordinate appointments, collect client information, and help keep documents organized while delivering a smooth experience for international clients.

You will maintain the CRM, prepare documentation for applications, and keep advisors updated on case status.

Qualifikationen

• Completed vocational training in a commercial or comparable field, or a completed degree, ideally with a focus on business, finance or real estate.
• Fluent German skills, both written and spoken.
• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
• Structured and careful way of working.
• Enjoyment of communication and of working with different people by phone and in writing.
• Good understanding of numbers and documents.
• Confident use of digital tools and standard office applications.
• Experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
• Reliability, a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to keep track of several cases at the same time.
• Interest in real estate, mortgage financing and working with international clients.

As a sales assistant team, you support our consultants throughout the entire real estate financing process for international clients in Germany. In this role, you contribute to creating a smooth and professional experience for our clients while gaining valuable insights into the world of real estate finance.

Your role

You will be an important link between prospects, clients, our mortgage advisory team, real estate agents and other stakeholders. This is a sales-related support role, but it does not include independent mortgage advice or responsibility for creating individual financing solutions.

Lead and appointment management

• Handle incoming enquiries from prospective clients.
• Contact potential clients and coordinate appointments for our advisory team.
• Collect initial information about the client’s situation, plans and financing needs.
• Maintain contact with prospects and support the follow-up of open enquiries.

Supporting the financing process

• Support our mortgage advisors in preparing client meetings.
• Request the required documents from clients and real estate agents.
• Organise and maintain incoming documents and prepare them for further processing.
• Support the preparation of mortgage applications for our banking partners.
• Coordinate missing documents and open questions with the relevant stakeholders.
• Keep our advisors informed about the current status of each case.

CRM and organisation

• Maintain and update our CRM system.
• Make sure that client data, documents and meeting information are recorded completely and accurately.
• Document contacts, enquiries and next steps.
• Support the team with organisational and administrative tasks in day-to-day operations.

Your Profile
